An earth-sheltered villa in Koufonisia, set into the hillside above Pori Beach so that the land keeps it cool and the sea fills every window. Outside, a stone terrace under the pergola looks straight down to the Aegean, with a private outdoor jacuzzi for the hours when the beach is too far and the sea too bright. Mornings start with coffee and the sound of the waves. Evenings end in the water, under the stars.
